Application Summary

I understand I will operate under my own business identity, not under the TurnkeyAI brand name. I am licensing TurnkeyAI's platform and tools, not purchasing a franchise.

I understand the monthly platform fee of $199 (first month free) and the 60/40 revenue share structure (I keep 60% of each client's $99/month).

I understand territory exclusivity requires performance minimums — a minimum of 5 new clients within 12 months. Failure to meet minimums may result in the territory being opened to other operators.

I understand this is a software platform license agreement, not a franchise. I will receive a Territory License Agreement for review and signature upon approval.

I understand I can upgrade my license level at any time by paying only the difference in the one-time territory license fee.
